Delicious fajitas and good, appropriately-priced house margaritas. We tend to go on off hours, and the waitstaff is always very casual/familial-- it's a comfortable place to dine. They take pride in their salsas, and they usually have a special salsa made up for people who they think would enjoy a salsa of the day. Fajitas adovada are worth every penny. My only negative about Hectors is that the restaurant is starting to look pretty dated and worn out. It could use a light renovation to bring the ambiance back up to contemporary expectations.

Fantastic salsa and nachos to start and strong margaritas. I had a chicken with tomatoes dish that was recommended by our friendly server and it was quite good. On a Friday night there was about a 30 minute wait, so be prepared to order an extra pitcher of margaritas whole you wait.

Hector's has great Mexican food, fantastic mixed drinks, and a nice cozy family atmosphere. The only thing that will make me not chose to go there on a regular basis are the prices. They seem fairly expensive compared to other Mexican food restaurants.

The young female hostess was rude. We waited 10 minutes to see a server and then when 1 came she went to other tables who just came in. Again. Very poor service. Very disappointed.
